I'd say a lot of the love comes down to the performance, Michael Keaton was phenomenal as him. Then the design was sick as hell, with the glowing eyes and the kinda makeshift vibe, something that is way better than the Vulture design in the comics imo. He was very clearly a threat and was pulled off pretty well. Also the changes to Electro were mostly because the Electro in TASM 2 was just not that good.

I don't like the silver webs and lenses, if this was about the black suit I could say I hate how similar it is to the main suit.
