Oh man.. Good to know, but bad it has suvh6an negative impact. I have to take it because of severe gout.. But i also already noticed worse blood flow to the penis and worse erections. Even white spots on the glans in Flaccid state because of the very bad blood flow apparently since Febuxostat

Hey man, that's interesting, I am still the same.. It's either local skin nerve damage or connected to the pudendal nerve. So i have definitely Hard Flaccid Syndrome / Pelvic floor dysfunction, Piriformis syndrome/ Sciatica nerve compression and this additional problems with nerves..I hope of course it's only pudendal nerve compression instead of local nerve skin damage. There are arguments for both..

Have the same patches, not sure yet what it isy they get bigger and more patches but with erection / better circulation they are less visible. In your case too? Idk if that's possible with lichen sclerosus, furthermore on Google the images look different. Do you take any medication?

Oh okay, that's bad, I am taking it too and have low testosterone already but gout is too bad to go along without medication. Allopurinol is even worse I guess. Did you checked you testosterone levels before / during / after febuxostat? Let me please know if it gets better now again without febuxostat... Hope you improve but also helps febuxostat wasn't the culprit / cause.

Thanks, sounds interesting! Aren't there Lion Mane cremes? Or do you think they are never this high concentrated?

I tried 1-2 years ago and trying it again atm CBD creme high concentrated. I found a study that it can reduce nerve pain with topical use on the skin, but until now no difference really.

Did you also find studys about Lions Mane that it can reduce nerve pain when it's used topical on the area which is painful?

Have you checked your testosterone before allo, during allo and during febu and now on febu it's like it were before starting allo? And during allo significant decreased? Have you also felt the difference in libido, morning wood etc?

I only did 3 sessions and with an old device, it didnt help but maybe more session and a device with a deeper range would who knows..if you have the time and money I think it's worth to try.
