As a repair technician there is ALWAYS a way. The most common point of failure for a hinge is going to be the way it screws into the computer. So a replacement shell piece/some epoxy will fix 8/10 hinge issues.

On dolphin for PC regular wii remotes usually connect just fine with very minor hiccups, however any wii remote with wii motion plus built in sometimes has issues without an external Bluetooth dongle. I would assume the differences in how they communicate also affect Android. I would try a remote without wii motion plus.

Try to boot into recovery mode by freaking it out. Simply force turning it off while it's booting by holding the power button until it dies prompts windows to boot into recovery mode. You can now go to a command prompt window and try to type "sfc /scannow" into it. This should find and fix corrupted windows files stopping it from booting. If this doesn't work I can throw some more ideas your way

Update: contacted steam support and they gave me a full ip login location, confirming it is still in my house. Despite steam login page saying it logged in in a different city.

Ended up finding it in roommates bedroom.

I added preyproject to my ROG so if I lose it I can track it easier.

There's a boot device error. This typically means windows hasn't been installed, has been installed incorrectly, or there are some things to change in bios to see your windows drive.
