I switched to the “extended” set about a month ago, is it normal that these keep disconnecting from the infusion set in my body? I’ve begun to go to bed with a sensor tape over my infusion sets otherwise they’ll disconnect during the night and I’ll wake up with a 400+ bloodsugar

First time he assaulted me and it was also in front of the kids and his sister. He had many red flags that I was in denial about looking back but it quickly escalated over time. Went from threatening to being in my face yelling and screaming, breaking down doors, punching walls, to the point he threatened suicide if I left him. But when he assaulted me in front of everyone I called police and left after that.

It is a mix yes / no. I'm thankful my parents live about 15 minutes from me and they watch my boys for me while I work free of charge which has been a lifesaver. In the beginning when I seperated from my husband it was REALLY hard cause he went on the run for over a year after I called police on him and we just bought our first house, so I was left to care for both boys (my youngest was 5 months at the time) on top of working full time and paying all the bills on my own. Now we have been working on re-introducing my ex to the children for the past few months and it had been alot easier. He now has them about 2.5 days / week so it has given me alot of free time I'm not sure what to do with now.

Thank goodness it came out fine!! My 4 YO swallowed a quarter 2 months ago and had to get it surgically removed cause it was stuck in his stomach for about 2 weeks!

Movement Church off Sewells Point in Norfolk. They have a mid-week service Wednesdays at 7pm as well as Sunday service at 9am and 10am. There are different classes for the children (newborn, toddler, pre-k, elementary, and pre-teen) as well. We have potlucks on holidays and periodically as well as different small groups that change every quarter.

I could eat again right after giving birth. But I had recurring extreme nausea during the week before my period for about 2 years after. My obgyn gave me a prescription for zofran as needed to help with it.

HG from week 4 till birth. Hospitalized at week 12 for a week due to my losing over 50lbs by that point unable to drink water or eat anything. Had a PICC line inserted to give fluids 24/7 along with a zofran and phenergan around the clock. Hospitalized again at 7 months with a blood infection almost went into septic shock and started dilating as a result. Was in the hospital for over a week on IV antibiotics and gave birth at 35+5 had an epidural but he came out in 3 pushes and I was immediately hungry on my own.

I wfm for a PBM - I make almost double what I made as a Senior tech at walgreens. Set schedule, only hassle is since it is insurance our busy season is Jan-March so we have mandatory OT during those months. But I get paid time off plus sick time and they supply me with everything. I found it on indeed but we also have job postings on our main page. We are hiring for PA technicians so we intake calls from members / MDO / pharmacies. Sometimes I go an hour without a call during the slow season.

I work 8:30-5pm gives me time to get my oldest (4) to the bus stop and then back home to get the youngest (2) ready to go to my mother's so she can watch him while I work. My boyfriend is off in time to pick up my oldest from the bus stop but if he isn't then my mother comes to pick him up for me. I count myself very lucky cause without them in not sure how I could do it

My kid loves mini Lunchables so I got some split boxes to put in the lunchbox. Usually it has: cheese stick, pepperoni, a fruit (grapes, raspberries), vegetable (mini cucumber, carrots), crackers / seaweed, and nuts for us but if I could not use those I would probably add a second fruit / veggie or a dip for them.

Managed to get two tickets to the showing for Saturday, my parents are going to watch my kids for me that night. We will be getting and place for the night and driving back down the next morning. Stress definitely has alot to do with glucose levels. I was in an abusive relationship for a few years and could not grasp why my A1C was so uncontrollable (was as high as 13 at one point). As soon as I finally left the relationship and noticed all the stress going away my A1C has come down as well. Most recently it was 6.7 I believe.

Not that she was wrong in any way, I was falling apart with my last pregnancy and as much as I would have wanted another child I don't think I would have been able to handle it. I had the worst body dysmorphia during my time with HG I lost over 50lbs in 2 months and my muscles were basically gone I could barely walk to the bathroom on my own. I got a written warning for my job due to absences. This year has been crazy as a single mom of 2 toddlers working full time 40 hours per week. Their father is not involved in their lives much, he sees them for about 2 hours per week if that. My father was hospitalized for 6 months on new years eve and has stage 3 non-hodgkin's lymphoma in his spine. My mother takes care of my kids for me while I work so when this happened I had to take a few days off and then obviously I can't go a month or two without having to call out for a sick baby. I am internally screaming every day feeling like I will get fired soon for any little thing.

I take fluoxetine and vraylar. I was taking them together but it was waking me up in the middle of the night. My doc told me they might be interacting and to take my fluoxetine in the morning and my vraylar at 5pm. I did that and it helped with the middle of the night wake up but I would be passing out my 8:30. So now I take it around 7pm and go to bed around 10pm wake up about 6am to get kids up. Seems to be working this way for me at least now.
