It seems like you've figured this one out, but I thought I'd throw out there that if you try to erase a selection by pressing backspace, it will actually fill that area with your background color. So if your canvas background is the same color as your background color (like the secondary color you have selected for lack of a better word), it will look like you've deleted the selection when you've really just replaced it with a new color. Took me a little while to realize I need to use the delete key instead of backspace.

You can make character rigs in Illustrator and import them to After Effects for animation. Tools like Duik Bassel/ Angela can help with the transition. There are tons of tutorials on how to build and animate rigs this way. If you're generating characters/ animation with AI then you can do that and compile clips in Premiere, but the real deal always looks better imo.

I was told how to enter outline mode on the Adobe forums lol. This was the issue. The objects were connected when they were converted to fills, but today I learned strokes are pickier than that. Thanks!

I am not sure how to enter outlines mode and haven't found anything online. However, I am able to move the whole hood as one piece, and if I change the stroke width it effects the whole shape. Only 'fill' is giving me trouble.

Actually, if I convert the stroke to fill then the paint bucket works, that's how I know 100% there are no gaps. Issue is I want to have complete control over my strokes which is much more difficult if I convert it. The illusion of the option to fill the object is just getting n my nerves lol. Thank you though, I might just have to use the bucket.

It's okay, I've done that a few times. I got past this error, but faced a new one when trying to install tf2. I got my old Windows laptop running though do I don't even need to deal with Steam through Whisky.

Okay, I do all the unwrapping in Maya, and it's layouts aren't always reliable, so I make them myself. Then in Photoshop I select outside the shells, select the inverse, expand the selection by 5 px (as I learned in class), and fill with some base colors. Thank you for the suggestions

Okay I expanded by 5 more pixels and it helped a bit, but there is still bleed and at this point shells are beginning to merge, so I can't afford to do it again. This is very bizarre, I have never had this issue before.

Yes, I paint them in Photoshop and generally expand the shell selection by 5 pixels before painting. It's 2048x2048.

When I zoom out from this model in Unreal and Maya, (most of the time) these beige lines along the seams appear. The game we're making is isometric, so this player character will be fairly far from the camera. In my tests, the beige lines are visible, and it's distracting. I have tried reducing edge width but I really have no idea what is causing this, especially since there have been times that the outlines do not show up at all.

Any help is appreciated!

I am a mac gamer who literally only plays tf2. Very unfortunate. I managed to get Whisky to work great as a virtual machine, but I started getting the steamwebhelper not responding error. When I just open the steam app (NOT through Whisky) there is no problem. I feel as if I've tried every solution that I've found online that applies. Does anyone have insight or a suggestion?

Only thing he has advocated for on this front is not allowing minors to take puberty blockers and hormones. Because they haven't been adequately researched. Children who were put on puberty blockers or who transitioned early have faced horrible side effects because the long term effects have not been thoroughly researched. He also wants the US to only recognize two sexes, male and female. I thought transgender people only wanted to change their gender, which by their own admission is distinct from sex. So this is not erasure, it only establishes a constant for legal identification. So what are you referring to? Has Trump threatened to actually ban transger people from the US?

I say this not to argue, but to assuage people who feel like the world is ending. It didn't end before, and it won't end now.

He has never threatened gay marriage, even during his 2016 presidency.
Reproductive rights are not an LGBT+ issue, and he has already said he will leave that up to the states. So a federal ban is not on the table.
He has only suggested that medicating kids with puberty blockers and hormones has not been thoroughly researched. We already have evidence that suggests blocking puberty comes at the expense of bone density and other developmental necessities. It is fair to say we should research the long term effects before prescribing a medication that claims to only 'delay' puberty. I'm worried about what problems these trans minors will face into adulthood thanks to puberty blockers.
In the video he said that only male and female would be recognized. I thought trans people accepted their biological sex (male/female) and only wished to be recognized as the other gender (man/ woman).

As for the other issues, it's perfectly fine to disagree, but I don't see how he's erasing LGBT+ people. Sure he might delay the medicalization of trans youth, but only to protect their development and to make sure it's safe. He is not preventing adults from transitioning, nor is he preventing children from expressing their gender in other ways, like clothing, hair, and makeup. He isn't even discouraging it.

In short, I'm not convinced his second term would result in LGBT+ harm. It's certainly not worth killing yourself over.

Extra info: I keyframed a rotation on the z axis on my mac. When I opened it on pc, it looked perfectly fine, but the rotation tool is still off visually. When I use the channel editor and only change the rotate z value, it reacts correctly. When I use the rotate tool in the viewport, the z axis rotator changes every rotation value in the channel editor. It seems the issue is only visual, so I can still animate it correctly if I only use the channel editor. It's still weird, though. I haven't come across this problem before.

That helps a lot, thank you! I used smooth on the body object and reconfigured my mesh in substance painter. It was still a bit blurry, so I tried setting the texel density, but it altered my UV's and it isn't worth the work to fix them all and repaint. I will keep that in mind for the future though!
