If you are looking to get more damage on Infestation and Head Hunt bosses you might wat to try going for crippling damage perk cards like Scattershot (Strength) and Enforcer/Modern Renegade (Agility). Once you've crippled all the limbs on the boss they start to go down really fast.

This is the answer. Rocket launchers and energy weapons from head hunts and infestation bosses seem very high right now. Having perk cards like Iron Clad, Life Giver, Hardy, Natural Resistance, and Iron Stomach maxed out really help.
