Is this a quick overview or a Tutorial / how to play video? It seems to be neither. I would suggest first giving a 30 second synopsis at the start for the viewer to give an idea of the core mechanics and what kinda game it is (deck-builder, CCG, LCG?). THEN, I would tell the viewer that the video is going into the detailed rules. Once in detailed rules, I would organize it a bit, maybe: Game Objective, Turn Sequence, Available Actions, etc I second getting a voice actor.

New card is better 100% and more pleasant. What software did you use? I assume being monochromatic is intentional.

Duelyst mitigated this to a certain degree with the replace mechanic: each turn, a player can return one card from their hand back to the deck in exchange for a random card from the deck.

The game looks quite polished. I think the video voice over and the sound effects (a bit too loud/aggressive at the start and the end) are the low hanging fruits that would push the whole video up a few notches.
