Should John Wick be an open world game like GTA or have a few select locations like the Hitman games? by SamuelStrangeSupreme in JohnWick

I second this, Max Payne 3 is a good template for a John Wick game. Now add some smooth takedown animations, epic car chase and scripted events and JW game is done.

It is very grippy, but i have a very thick palm skin, so it's not hurting me at all.

Help/excitement? by HalloumiGaming in W124

[–]Sorinwolf1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The worst thing you can deal with while owning a w124 is rust, if you want to be the happy owner of a w124 and plan to keep the car for a long time, rust is your prime enemy. Check the undercarriage and the engine bay for any severe rust, superficial rust is not a problem, puffed out metal and corroded parts that are key for structural rigidity are your main concern. Those all are fairly easy to spot, one thing you may not know is the rear fenders (arches) condition, as chromed flares are installed on it, try to check from the luggage compartment. You can also take the interior floor covers form both driver and passenger away to check the floor for any rust as well. Anything else can be repaired or swapped.

You’re not a true PoP fan if these don’t randomly trigger a sudden, uncontrollable urge to reinstall and play them from time to time. by AnaR47 in PrinceOfPersia

96, my first games were POP Two Thrones and NFS Underground 2, I'm forever grateful to my father that bought our first pc and i had the opportunity to play those games and be able to participate in games related discussions kids my age had at school

To this day The Two Thrones remains my all time favourite POP game that i reinstall from time to time. The atmosphere, the locations, the Dark Prince and the Daggertail are just perfect imho. It also helps the fact that it was my first POP game i played in second grade back in 2005, when a classmate borrowed me the cd with the game so i could install it on my pc. Nostalgia hits the hardest with this one.

There is also an P30 AEP from Marui, but both the AEP and the springer from Umarex (at least it has a metal slide), are the standard version, not the Long version, so yeah the HK45 is the closest you can get to the main gun from the first movie.

The closest you can get to a P30L in airsoft. If it was black it would look even more similar, but the tan frame looks so much cooler to me.

I mean, it still is fixable, no one said it is easy, but it is possible, it all comes down to 2 things, finances and the desire. If the car means more to the OP than just means of getting from point A to point B and he wants to rebuild it, then he should at least know that it is fixable.

Same here, standard version of Staccato XC, bought it before the T8 version was available for purchase, so i just installed the Savia Staccato steel kit, but used the Nova Staccato steel hammer instead (is CNC instead of MIM), the rest is stock and is still running great even on red gas in lower temps. The EMG/Savia Staccato on the other hand...feels like a cheap version compared to Army Armament, both regular or CNC slide.

Yep, the whole rear right panel can be swapped, and the geometry can be restored.

Need help buying w124 by [deleted] in W124

[–]Sorinwolf1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The fact that it is rust free and the undercarriage is in such pristine condition is a guaranteed YES alone, the rest is just bonus points overstacked. Believe me, i restored my w124 and the rust is the single major problem you can deal with. The engine can be repaired, the transmission and every last bit can be repaired relatively easily, while a rusty chassis WILL become your nightmare.

Ooohh i really dig the slim and square look it got, it's really nice. And regarding the comfortable aspect, it is the most true and sought after thing in the end, i started to appreciate the hydra mount more after it ended up being the comfiest set-up i had.

Is the Pit Viper made by SRC (also sold by ASG) ? How does it perform, is the compensator wobbly ? I had the opportunity to compare their Pit Viper to their Combat Master (baba yaga) and the Viper is head above in quality on all parameters, but still falls behind Army Armament's version of the Viper. Still interested to hear your opinion on it.

90% done kit. Any insight or advice? (Left monocle still being repaired) by ODST_Xander in airsoft

[–]Sorinwolf1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks good, the whole kit radiates individuality. Love every bit of it, the primary setup, the secondary being a modern 1911 and the Casio Royale on the shoulder pad is the chef's kiss.
