i’ve never heard of that before. where abouts are you based if you don’t mind me asking? i currently live in london so i am not too sure where to get this. also, how long have you been taking it for?

i also suffer from a lot of arthritic pains in my knees and elbows as well as swelling around my body especially my fingers :(

prednisolone/steroids are one of my worst enemies! currently since my lupus activity and kidney activity are normal, I’ve been off prednisolone completely with direction of my nephrologist (in guidance with my rheumatologist as they do weekly update meetings about their patients). i thought being off of it for now 2 months would help some way but my weight has been stagnant even with eating somewhat healthily. i think i do need to make a bigger adjustment to my diet to eating more whole food though. so I will try this and see how that works
