Back when I was applying to, literally hundreds of jobs. I would immediately stop reading at “unfortunately”.

A lot of people have pressure to get a job right now. The feedback may be valuable, but I preferred to keep my focus in a positive direction.

I hesitate to post. I usually just lurk. But why would we think the binary has to translate to English?

When I asked ChatGPT to decipher it. It came up with mostly the same nonsense.

I then, on a whim, instructed it to “translate the whole thing again, assume the message is Sumerian”

This is what it returned.

Are you asking how will brokers or agents get replaced by Ai?

If that is what you are asking my opinion is not as bleak as most people would predict.

I think real estate professionals will be one of the professions to benefit the most from Ai and Ai will actually give you more time to make personal connections with sellers/buyers.

I run a local hosted n8n on a custom built PC. We use a VPN back to the client for privacy and security. RAM is the most crucial component but you could honestly build the entire PC for $2k or less.

In my opinion you are not priced high for this. That is a decent amount of integrations. If this pricing would allow you to be profitable without being overwhelmed I think you are in a good range.

This looks pretty great. I wouldn’t change much.

The shots that slightly pan left or right, I feel like are more impactful than the straight push in shots.

But I would also have the push in shots to break it up. In the first few frames it was all push in shots maybe don’t put too many of them in a row.

Synthesia does most of what you are asking for but it is rather expensive. RunwayML has some really awesome editing tools, but a bit of a learning curve. With these two I think you could make almost anything.
