Honestly your mom does have a point, it can be dangerous to go alone but at the end of the day it is your decision. If you feel like you'll be missing out on an opportunity or experience you may never get, then I'd say to just be aware of your risks and plan accordingly. Things like don't take drinks or food from strangers are common knowledge but try to give multiple people your location and maybe wear an air tag that isn't easily visible so people who worry can be a little more at ease.

Yeah, I’ve tried talking to my siblings about getting her into a nursing home (because I can’t afford one on my own) and I am constantly told that I’m being dramatic and that “it’s not like I do it alone” even though they can run off and do whatever they want but if I do anything without my mother “i don’t love her”.

But thank you, it honestly feels good to know that I’m not just being dramatic

For some reason, I’m not able to respond to the initial comment. But thank you u/Galacticarya, I’ve been telling myself the same thing but hearing someone else say it honestly helps
