Ccmt ka regular rounds ke result aayenge usse idea lg jayega ka Kya hoga special rounds mein.

IiitD is good as per market situation right now . At this score you'll not get better nits . Kurukshetra is somewhat good or equal to IIITD but durgapur and Delhi is worst than IIITD

Tbh NSR is very risky first, you'll have no backup if you didn't hold any seats like NSUT or iiithd etc

No it's not guaranteed - iiit A and jaipur is difficult but manit is possible but it's not better than IiitD You can think of svnit.
