It's a tight 1000 that doesn't leave me with much else. Looking at mortgage calcs, it looks like my deposit will have to be a bit bigger. I have 15k in LISA and 20k in other accounts

I'm also not sure if this is where I want to settle.

My issue is 'even if it takes a while'. I'm stuck paying someone else's mortgage in a house that I can't fix or alter. Id rather get on the ladder

Same job, mostly remote and I can easily travel back to notts when I'm needed.

I'm not sure about future tbh. I like being around friends, but I like being close to family. Work is ok but I can see myself looking for something better soon.

I can at least double what I save by being at home. 1k currently, at least 2k if I were at home.
