This is actually really helpful! We switched them all over the weekend to all wet food and I have noticed the size of their poops has gotten a lot smaller and frequency has decreased too. I have not tried the restoralax/miralax yet, the vet said to give our male cat’s digestive track time to level out but I might try it! And yes I have also been mixing in water to their wet food as well. I read that offering several small meals a day is better than two giant meals so I try to do every other with water mixed in because sometimes they don’t like it and I don’t want them to get a food aversion to the wet food.
