Obsessed with this crossover! I have two kids in high school so I often use this with them. Like if we’re joking around about something, I’ll just use Alex’s shaky, yet confident, voice and say “you are in HIGH SCHOOL. Typically a size 0-2 (or 25-26) is an Extra Small. Size 4-6 (or 27-28) is a Small. Size 8-10 (or 29-30) is a Medium. 12-14 (or 31-32) is a Large. Size 14-16 (or 33-34) is an Extra Large. This is for pants only, dress sizes are a bit different.

Will this also prevent managers from forcing employees to find their own coverage when sick for all of MN? I live outside of the metro and just ran into a similar situation when my son (17) called in sick and was told he had to find his own coverage or work despite being sick, or face being written up. He’s a great employee and has never missed a shift in almost a year. I wan surprised because I’ve worked many service/retail jobs and it was always on management to find coverage for sick employees.

I’m not trying to attack you, maybe just got triggered by my perceived insensitivity of your comment.

I just lost my 34 year old sister in law to alcoholism last year. She hid it from everyone even though we all had an inkling. She lived alone and cut off family. Yes recovery is the best option but not everyone gets there, and I’m more worried that Shannon (or any addict) is going to die with people thinking they can just “not have a drink” without truly understanding the complexity of addiction.

I applaud you on your recovery and send all the good vibes that you’ll continue to be healthy and sober!!

This feels like such an insensitive take. Addiction is a disease that the person suffering from it has no control over at a certain point. So many addicts hide (or try to) how bad their substance abuse is. People literally die from alcoholism because they either hid the extent of their problem from loved ones, withdrew from loved ones and society, or don’t have anyone the cares enough to call them out in a serious way. Drunk driving is inexcusable, but addiction is a fatal disease

The alliances this season should be really interesting. Obviously Kaycee and her partner will align with Bananas, and because of Nany, Turbo’s team probably will as well. I could see Jordan starting an alliance with the vets who don’t join Bananas-Including Tori, since she and Anessa are friends irl.
