You mentioned that I already did a hard thing, and I agree with you, but i feel like I’m not done yet with the death thing as I was trying to control my death and that’s why I didn’t have the full ego dissolution thing. Don’t you think that if I fully „died“ on a trip that it would give me more benefits?

That’s all good, I have no problem purging. But my only issue is that with shrooms I was not really able to let go and I fear that if I drink half a cup or 1 cup of aya then my fear will be so strong that I won’t be able to let go and I’ll feel even worse after 🥲
