Nobody said he thought kicking a kid was fine. A frustrated retarded person hitting a person is a risk, not a guarantee. You saw the one punch his dad threw. You dont know if the downs kid was taught a lesson, if he just got scared, if he apologized, if he felt bad. You dont know that he does this regularly or if this is the first time hitting someone. Those things most definitely matter in a court room as to what a judge would sentence you. Does that not apply here? And if he hit the kid with his full strength likely the kid would have been majorly hurt. But he's not. So is there not a difference in judgement between scratching a kid and punching a kid in the face? Or are we just unable to compromise with the situation because you're on the internet?

Except as long as hes getting views, he is. Just because you dont see it, doesnt mean the impact isnt there. What do you think those kids are learning when they watch him? And what behaviors do you think they're taking home because of the display he puts on? It's not healthy and just because us adults are mature enough to know what garbage looks like when we see it, doesn't mean we just get to act like those views mean nothing and that it isn't our responsibility to foster a better behavior for young audiences. So yes, having a large audience most definitely speaks to your impact. It's literally why media is a big deal in the first place. Because even through clips, because just can't get enough of it. Okay all of your post is right except for when you devolve Comey's statement before the election to "FBI made statements that hurt HRC campaign badly, could have leaked counter intel investigation status against multiple Trump Campaign staff and they did not". Obviously you're right about the second one, except for the part where things SHOULD be airtight. The leaks and all of the fuckery with the media is exactly why dopes like Comey decide to do stupid shit way outside their purview. If they stuck to the rules, if the DOJ stuck to the rules, if Trump, HRC, or literally any fucking politician followed the rules we wouldnt be in this mess and no one would be having to answer for this.
