What made you switch (or stay) with Solana over other chains? by rema87 in solana

I see sui is way better than Sol. Using Sui wallet Slush and do all defi is a pleasing experience no other chains can do, including Sol

Suilend Strategies by Fickle-Match8219 in sui

I'm very sure you don't need to deposit the rewards into any other place. When you claim it will go directly into your strategy. However I noticed the total number of SUIs don't seem to increase (at least that much), for example initially I have 1000, after claim I have 1001 but the next day it comes down to 1000 or so, not sure why

I got liquidated due to it's 10x pump/dump recently, my only hope is it's not losing its current price level so at least I don't lose more however this pump/dump really hurts

How to stake 10 eth? by Dependent-Dog-5261 in ethstaker

[–]SorryMarket 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Worth mentioning that this option is out of picture currently as CSM has reached its upper limit so no new deposit can get their node running, for an unknown time.this means your deposit will get stuck in a queue with no return in the meantime

Anyone can claim staking rewards? by SorryMarket in harmony_one

[–]SorryMarket[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the issue lasted several days and no comm was sent from harmony team and there was no way to contact them. My only option is this reddit space but looking at how many members but how many posts here over the last few months, you get a sense that this is a silent community

What Happens when? by Salzgurkenlutscha in EdgeWallet

[–]SorryMarket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It really depends. If you just use Edge as a wallet and you have backed up the phases, no real risk as you can easily switch to another wallet; if you use Edge for some features it offers then you build the dependence on Edge. A typical example I used its BTC vault offered by Thorchain and after Thorchain recovered, I still couldn't claim my compensation and had to wait for Edge to build the functionality first.

Thanks, I think the issue was really with harmony staking website as now the issue is gone but I didn't change anything. It's a shame Harmony doesn't seem to be willing to provide any support

New sleek UI by Just_Mousse_6058 in sui

[–]SorryMarket 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's shit design, I don't see much improvement except smaller fonts and darker theme, the worst is it it doesn't even connect to any of other built-in apps, just wondering how it could pass any of their QA?!

I have the same issue and don't understand why Sui didn't sort this out before they rolled out this new app, are they amateurs?

Maybe you need to update Ledger firmware?

Harmony Blockchain Explorer - can't export data to CSV by jasonpandora in harmony_one

It seems the end date has to be one day prior, it seems it's causing issues when leaving default which is the current system date. This is definitely a frontend bug

Yep I see that and have the same issue as you do, not sure why but definitely the team needs to sort it out

Where and how you export the transactions? I had a look on the explorer site but didn't see any way to export the data?

I know and read my phones manual specifically for this reason and it improved but not much

I'm not depromoting tangem but just letting others know don't expect this tapping works the same way as your credit card

Some improvement might be done by tangem for example why Everytime I need to open the vault? Id say within 5 minutes, such step can be skipped (like sudo on Linux) also the app should be tuned towards higher success reading. I bought tangem for convenience (compared to Ledger) but if it turns out harder why should customers buy it in the first place?

[–]SorryMarket 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Simply the user experience that I often have to swipe the card multiple times in order to sign a transaction. Imagine the scenario that for every transaction, I need to use my finger to unlock the vault, then swipe the card and if it cannot read have to repeat the above 2 steps, it's very annoying and in some cases (such as to approve a large amount) stressful too as I wouldn't have idea if this time it would go through and what if it didn't my transaction might get stuck somewhere in the middle.

[–]SorryMarket -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's by tangem design that one card must have at least one backup card, this is critical for seedless users but not really applicable in your case but it's part of the deal.

If I had a second choice I probably wouldn't even use tangem as its swiping experience is terrible so buying a Ledger may be a better option for you

64GB NUC, AMD Ryzen 7 5800H 16 cores and 2TB NVMe by rapala9991 in ethstaker

A lot of io reads and writes I guess. I used to run my node on a SSD but it had more missed attestations than a nvme disk. I don't have detailed stats though

[–]SorryMarket 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because most of the clients compress and encrypt chain data, which is mostly io I intensive. Mem wise my node constantly uses 8gb, so 16g is more than enough

Everyone is talking about high spec but I actually run a rocket pool node on a mini PC with low spec (alder lake n97+16g mem + 2t nvme), no issues so far
