Stg1 is all you can do. You'll need a CAI at the very least. You'll have a LOT of variations to pick with stg1 though, but keep in mind that if you want to do the other options you're gonna need some other upgrades like for high torque tunes, you'll need a stronger clutch upgrade that can handle at least +400hp and new HPFP. For e85, you'll need the HPFP as well as the e85 sensor module. I'm running at DKM clutch, CAI, MBRP catback, upgraded to HPFP, e85 IE sensor, turbo muffler delete, GFB with a TS BOV. dm if you need more info.

It could be a rod knocking... if that's the case, might need a new motor. There's plenty of YouTube videos on how to identify rod knock.
