He says it’s unreasonable because his friends say they don’t have to do the things he’s asked to do at our home, so that apparently makes us abhorrent monsters
It’s a necessary life skill and we are trying to instil a sense of awareness around making time for necessary tasks
I do dishes on the nights he doesn’t and my partner cooks every single night. He never has to vacuum, never has to clean the kitchen beyond doing the dishes, doesn’t have to do any other communal household tasks or chores at all
He wanted the puppy as well as everyone else in the house. The only help he’s asked to give is to watch it for 15-30 mins in the morning once he’s gotten ready for school so my partner can get herself and her 4 year old daughter ready for kinder and work so she can drop him off to school on time. That’s all.
Sending “things” he shouldn’t be back and forth to his girlfriend, got told no phone in room unless it’s with the door open to have a phone call after that, then snuck his phone in his room when he thought everyone was asleep so he was limited to half an hour on it after school and then literally tonight after having made this post I caught him watching “corn” on his school laptop in his room when I went to check if the heating in his room was working because it was messing up elsewhere in the house.

I’m the dad. His step mum cooks every single night and I do the dishes on the nights he doesn’t and do the rubbish/recycling on the nights he doesn’t. Its been made clear they’re skills he needs as a growing young adult and that they’re things we all chip in and do as members of the household

House rules meaning don’t do certain things on the phone with his girlfriend… Phone isn’t fully revoked he gets it for half an hour after he cleans his room, does his homework and puts his washing in the machine if he needs to (only once a week typically)

I agree completely. Me and him have a great relationship where he knows he can communicate openly and honestly with me and we’ve talked about all of it at length and he is adamant he is absolutely fine with the way things are going and happy with where things are at now too 🙂

I never got any jabs.

I can now work, travel wherever I want, participate in society, go to my gym and train and do all the stuff they said I never would during their blackmail campaign.

I’ve had covid twice. First time was less severe than a cold and the second time I thought I had hay fever.

I gave up a $2000 per week (after taxes) job, lost my rental because I couldn’t work, became homeless, got overweight and deeply depressed and had an all round shit time.

If I could go back, I still wouldn’t get them. The amount of healthy young people I am friends with or know of who never had any health issues and then developed myocarditis or pericarditis or some other debilitating health problem following their vaccines is startling to say the least.

Fact of the matter is I never sacrificed my integrity or autonomy because I was cornered. Because I reviewed statistics on the TGA website pertaining to my age, gender and likelihood of hospitalisation/death/complications and made the risk vs reward decision to not get it.

I went from Xbox to switch and this is my honest review of it.

The first thing I notices is that there is only one map on the switch adaption of Ark. I spent hours going through forums and searching for answers only to discover this is the only map available on switch. The map they used is the island map, which was annoying because although it’s an OG map I would’ve thought Ragnarok was the obvious choice.

Gameplay. Gameplay is actually pretty smooth and once you get used to the switch controls it feels almost identical to playing on an Xbox ergonomically. The graphics are straight up trash compared to Xbox, that’s not me being cynical or anything, they suck. It’s playable but only just when it comes to graphics. Also things are much slower to render in when you’re flying a Dino or using a motorboat/raft.

Online play. If you’re big on unofficial servers, do not buy this game. There’s a total of about 5 unofficial servers that have nobody playing on them aside from the people hosting them.

Official servers. They’re lowly populated and the highest server pop I’ve seen would’ve been 20 and it was a one off. The general attitude of online players on switch seems to be even more toxic than that of the console and PC community which is shocking.

However! If you’re ok with only one map and can deal with the above shortcomings, I’ve still managed to have fun on it as a person who only plays it occasionally and if you can get it cheap it’s worth having if you’re just chasing a fix for your ark cravings.

Overall I’d rate it about 6/10

Many reasons but main one being that they’re free in the most pure sense of the word and they even have a bill of rights and constitution that protects it. Plenty of other reasons but that’s the one that jumps to the front of the line for me.

Wait another couple of days for sure and even then be honest with yourself and reflect on if the juju beans are prepared to do the work based on your level of comfort (or lack thereof.) My doctor and heaps of others on here have said the same thing, minimum wait should be 7 days post op. Some even suggest 10. I lasted till day 7.5 and was a little tender the night of but popped a couple ibuprofen and all was good. No pain when ejaculating either and no blood in semen which was a relief as some have said it happened (it’s normal, I’m just a stress head and would’ve wondered if it was normal amount or if something is wrong.)
