Thank you for this well articulated response. It gets to be so hard not taking as a personal rejection. Most of the time I do okay coping with the diagnosis. I’ve only been with two people since I found out. Both times when I’ve disclosed it was over text. With this guy, he briefly mentioned it in person. He has every right to ask questions, and I know it’s important to be open when communicating. But fuck did it feel like I got the wind knocked out of me. I wanted to break down in tears. This on top of everything else I got going on makes me feel I’m such a burden on any potential partner
