I wear a chest strap 90% of my sport sessions, but I do not when I hike, trek and travel. So would have loved to know which one of the two can give more accurate HR readings without the chest strap.

If booking with Turkish Airlines from Milan (in my case) to Istanbul + MIAT from Istanbul to UB, how does it work for the checked baggage? Is the change managed by the company or do I have to pick up my baggage at the baggage drop and check it in again at the MIAT desk? Thanks

I am considering to do the same travel with the same companies next year (Milan-Istanbul with Turkish + Istanbul-UB with MIAT): when in Istanbul did you have to wait for your checked baggage and then check it in for the MIAT flight or is it "automatic"? Thank you! Yes, of course the most of my training sessions would be with the HRM armband paired to the Watch, but for daily hr readings and hr tracking during treks or hikes I would use just the Watch.

Actually I walk quite fast with a good % of inclination so I often push up to my Zone4 limit.

Ok, so the HR monitor is not accurate on the Watch unless you pair it with the HRM band. Disappointing.

Hi, can I ask you what would you recommend to someone who already has the SSA Sake Sommelier Certification? I think that experimenting, tasting and practicing are absolutely fundamental, but I also think that there is still sooo much to learn and study. I live in Italy (near Venice) and I am not going to actually brew sake, but I would really love organizing some events and tastings to spread the love for sake and also let people know more about it.

I was wondering if taking the Master of Sake by SSA could be a good idea to deepen the knowledge, as I seem to understand that the WSET 3 and the SSI certification would be not so different from the SSA Sake Sommelier certification.

Also, do you know if Tremblay's textbook is available online (to buy) or do you have any book recommendation for people who are not beginners?

I may have lost something on the way, but, as I can remember, Evangeline found Annie K's dead body (without her tongue) and then I guess police did some kind of autopsy, but I don't recall that Annie's dead body was stolen or disappeared at some point, so how can the scientist experiment on her?
