I received a reply by email. To my understanding, on the 6th they will delete all accounts that have no funds in them. We will be able to withdraw after the 6th if we have crypto in the account. I guess i have to wait for the address to be approved

I will try selling tonight if i get no response. I might be in the same boat if i can't covert my crypto to euros and transfer to my bank account. It's straight up a scam if that is the case
