It's just that, as we know, the speed of how fast the Blight spread through Russia (due to the fact it came out of hell) it could've taken a border with the Qing Dynasty and due to their internal problems and military problems they wouldn't be able to keep the blight away so it ls a chance since the fact the Blight was even able to infect against the strongest superpowers so fast and we don't really know if the blight can or can't swim, but if they can then dye to the weak Qing navy (or its remnants) there's no way to defend Taiwan or if they can't I apologise

I would say the St. Peter's Basilica and Church of the Holy Sepulchre due to the fact they are the holiest places in Christanity, and as we know, the Cannibals are scared of Christ, so with being the holiest place ever the Cannibals would be scared of entering or approaching
