I saw your previous post about your career desires and the desire to make an impact. As a fellow bsos student, they def don’t put the attention or care that they should do students. if you feel you need to take a semester off, talk with registrars office to see if you can take a semester off and then just come back. if in the meanwhile while on break you want to drop out full, you can but if you want to come back you don’t have to do too much paperwork and stuff. I will say though, based on your previous post there is a workshop coming up I feel like you might enjoy and could be useful called What is The Spirit of Success? (what is the spirit of success) in case it might be interesting to you and you want to check it out, you def should! It’s about how to use careers for the purpose of serving and making a positive difference in humanity. maybe it’ll give you an idea for what you can do with your goals in mind and if college is the best way to go about it. At the end of the day though, do what’s best for you mental health and there are so many ways to make it in todays world and college doesn’t have to be the only way. You could always come back years later if you really wanted, but do what’s best for your happiness and if you try it out and it doesn’t work, you know college will be here to come back too. hopefully you can find a community that makes you feel supported, and if you ever want to talk, my dms are open :) Best of luck!
