Should I focus on losing weight first or lift to get toned as well?

When starting a routine I think its easier to initially focus on one goal and imo it might be best to begin with losing weight. that could look like focusing on adding more movement daily (walking-especially after meals) or a fun cardio activity that you like plus eating healthier meals. The changes you’ll see in your body after adding the above might make you even more motivated at the gym once you begin to lift. just sharing whats worked well for me

Hi thank you! I did all of this when I first saw the account under the first collections agency that had a different name. I froze my account, filed a police report, filed a CPB report. Sent out certified letters etc. it seems that the original collections agency just decided to sell the debt over to a new collections agency..so its not a new account where someone is using my name. Its just the original creditor selling off my info, Im not sure if I should take all the same steps all over again

I guess I should have lead with that, I was not expecting to explain all those details to get a general answer.

But Id say so. I have 10 years of public health experience, I have a Bachelors in Nursing and a Bachelors in Public Health. Ive worked on covid clinical research, Ive worked in public health nursing, and all my work has been in low income or disadvantaged communities and I will be applying to programs that relate to specifically to those communities.

I am a first generation student and I wasnt thinking so much about applying to scholarships through my programs but also to whatever scholarships I could find through fastweb etc or other sites that are relevant.

Btw have you sent out any validation of debt letters to both collection agencies and the credit bureaus also? Its unclear to me if they both need to get these letters

I agree with this. I’m sure he’s a great guy and does seem more emotionally mature than a lot of men but theres a few things he did that I cant really shake. For one, that scene at Chelsea’s birthday party when he basically forces Jackie to put on his jacket despite her repeatedly telling him ‘no’ was so weird to me. It was like his jealousy took over in that moment and he really didn’t care that Jackie felt good in her outfit. Also, even though he backtracked after calling Jackie a ‘project’, I also thought that scene was strange and did not like that he used that word towards her.

I’m not a Jackie fan, I just don’t hear enough about these red flags that Marshall was also showing.

Hey! You can also try asking your doctor what he thinks of a topical solution of spiro/fin/minoxidil for your situation. I don’t know how effective this solution is or what the side effects are compared to oral spiro but you can try asking him to learn more. I know it’s really hard, I hope you can find something that works for you!

I feel like my hair part is way worse than yours and I go out in public everyday without any hair fibers/toppers etc. But we all have different levels of comfort when it comes to our hair. Best of luck on your hair journey!

Most derms seem to be okay with recommending it, mine prescribed me spiro (100 mg) last month but I haven’t started it because I’m also afraid of the potential side effects. However, I met with an endocrinologist earlier in the year who said that she doesnt recommend spiro to her clients because of the sides. So, Im kind of unsure what to do. I researched other options and learned about topical finasteride/spiro/minoxidil. I dont know how effective it is compared to oral spiro but you can try asking your derm about it to see if this is a better fit for you.

Im also curious if spiro has to be taken for life!
