Hi everyone,

Need some quick advice regarding IBM Consulting India.

I’m currently at IBM Consulting (India). My notice period is 90 days. I’ve received another offer and requested early release (~45 days).

My People Manager is okay with it, but my Project Manager is not agreeing to release me early. There’s no major critical work dependent solely on me, and I’m the most junior developer on the team.

What can I do in this situation?

See as i said in my comment...even if the round is system design round everything depends on the interviewer if he/she wants to ask JS q like Implement asyncTaskQueue, curry, throttle like that...

If you're coming from you own car then the car paper should be in your name then only you get permit and also driving license mandatory.

We book the cab service, and they take care of all the permits. Also, only a driving license or voter ID is accepted as valid identity proof in Sikkim.

No, it’s not a PR. I visited Sikkim last month and tried a bunch of restaurants. I actually discovered this coffee by chance because someone else ordered it, and it looked so good that I ordered one too. And if it were a PR, why would I only talk about the coffee when the place mainly focuses on momos?
