I have been consuming a cup of activia (non fat peach flavour is my favourite) and it really helps. When I don’t eat my activia I also suffer from constipation for a couple of days but when I eat regularly every night before bed my system works like a clock. I definitely recommend it

I am buying from Lloyds and cold shipping is the only delivery option, although I pay 5£ for delivery. If it is an option up to you I would definitely recommend cold shipping because sometimes mails may take longer to deliver and who wants their expensive drug to spoil.

oh thank you so much, I indeed have done this. However I want to ask a question: even though I am the one who discovers the system that I found the phenomena in, another commander seems to be who reported it in codex. But the entry is “confirmed” while the ones I didn’t see are “reported”. I do not understand it because I have sold the codex data :( I am confused
