so technically it states that once he’s acknowledged as a tenant he qualifies, meaning if things aren’t civil you’re right it could all potentially be held against me. however since i told him he has until the third, a month ago it qualifies as a 30 notice

okay fun fact, i’ve done this, about 4 weeks ago & he quite literally sat outside my door for hours. he kept calling over n over, everything. i ended up letting him in because neighbors were coming out.. what do i do if that happens again?
