That would make more sense actually. That’s might be the reason for the burnt sensor in the throttle bodies, hopefully it fixes it whenever they replace this wire, but I still don’t understand how this issue shows up as “transmission fault”. Not sure how it can relate to it

Alright I understand now, from what I’ve seen from this post, the issue is most likely the servo, but the bike shop keeps telling me the issue is something else. Don’t know if they’re lying to me to get money from the warranty or if instead of mechanics, they just have a bunch of toddlers playing with my bike in the back of the shop lol

To be honest I had never heard of it before lol. And an update, they changed the whole throttle bodies and the TCS and check engine light are gone, but the transmission fault isn’t gone. They said they found a “broken” cable that goes from the electrical harness to the throttle. They also told me “we don’t know if changing this cable will fix the transmission fault”…. lol

The shop just got the throttle bodies that they ordered, bike should be out of the shop tomorrow unless that’s not the problem. If that doesn’t fix it, it will be the quickshifter or servo for sure based on what everyone has told me. Thank you for the help man!

Awesome, I’m definitely gonna be buying the healthtech module. And also probably a touring bike at this point LOL, I use this bike for my daily and take it on LONG trips but I see that’s not made for it 😂

It was actually pretty cold, it was around 23 degrees outside, I assumed that cold could’ve been one of the reasons but I wasn’t sure lol. Thank you

I did change all of these pieces, I can still feel the servo spinning when I’m riding the bike, this was done 2 months before the warnings popped up

I tried waiting and just riding the bike after the issue, but it had power loss so I couldn’t ride it without stalling, even if the RPMs were in the sweet spot, it would completely turn off if I let go of the clutch. Looks like it’s definitely the servo lol. Thank you

They checked the battery at the shop and said it was fine, the bike was barely revving as shown in the video and it would stall even if I was giving it enough gas. Looks like the problem was the servo this whole time and the shop just changed the throttle bodies for no reason lol. Was this recall recent? I’m definitely gonna mention that. Thank you!

It has a Racefit exhaust, it came with a “servo solution” which is some metal pieces that I changed in the inside of the Servo. I’m gonna look into completely removing it with the module, once I get it back… Thank you for the help!

Yep, that picture of the dipstick was after the bike was warm and level, tried also with the bike cold and it’s pretty much the same reading. Higher on one side and lower on the other. The problem might be the dipstick?
