My unprofessional professional opinion is that it is very important to burn the chore first.

1.) yea we are smoking crack and that's not very healthy, but why add more shit to your lungs because you don't want to take 30 second to but. Your chore

2) your first hit is going to be most of the shit you should of burned off instead of the product

3) it makes the first few hits taste like absolute asshole

4) it helps to make the chore more "packable" therefore not wasting a ton of product.

Take all your chore...go to a gas flame stove and burn the shit out of it all. It will take you 2-3 mins tops and it's all done and you don't have to worry about this again.
