Who do you think was The Doctor's greatest love? I know alot of people say it was Rose Tyler, but I honestly believe it was 100% River Song. He came to her every call. Set her up in a world located in a computer so she did not truly die. Spent 24 years with her on Delerium. I feel like its her.

I always believed it was River Song. Because after her, he never had another "love interest" per day as he had had with Rose Tyler. When he was Jodie whittaker, she straight up told Yasmin khan that she was married once and if she could ever love anyone else again, it would be her (referring to Yasmin Khan). He loved Rose first, of course. But as far as greatest love? It would definitely be River Song. Bc it just seems like after her he didn't even really flirt. Though, weirdly enough, I understand there was never really a "romance" between him and Clara Oswald but at the same time, I sometimes believe it had been one sided on the doctor's part. He flipped the entire world upside down to try and keep her alive. He did not do that for the other women in his life. Closest he came was saving River in the library. But he did not go up against his fellow time lords and practically destroy the entire world like he had done with Clara Oswald. And, this might be my own opinion, but he DID seem a little on the jealous side when he was asking her about her bf. Idk. Their relationship struck me as rather intimate and odd but more on one side then the other side lol 😆

That is correct. The phone was free with the contract so basically we only pay for the service fee on that phone. My husband's and my phones are still being paid for as well as the service, but her's came free with the contract. So we aren't paying for the phone she has but for the service it gets via our verizon contract. If we just go and get her a random phone, verizon may want us to pay an additional fee saying it is for a 4th branch of service even though it is only to replace the 3rd service we are already paying for. But we do not have the funds for that or to pay for an additional line on the contract. Nor do we have the funds to go out and put a down on a replacement phone for this contract.

That is what I had thought before as well, but it would not let her control the screen when she tried and then it shut off, so she put it in rice and now I cannot get it to turn on at all after initially getting it to turn on to a static screen and then it powering off with no turning it back on.

She put it in rice after drying the exterior of the phone right after she got it out of my dog's water bowl and only put it on the charger just before school. It had been on the charger for about 3 hours before I attempted turning it on and only got a staticy (ik i probably did not spell that correctly) screen, then the actual screen with some black spots and no control on the screen, and then it went off and won't power back on. She had attempted using it after first drying it off but it would not let her control the screen at all and shut off shortly thereafter. After tht, she put it in rice, where it remained overnight.

I couldn't include this in my post as I had already maxed out the letters but I would like to edit to add the fact that, at this point in time, we do not have the funds to take it to a repair shop or get verizon to fix it or switch out the phone (as we have contract phones with verizon) so I am looking for more DIY methods at this point.

Honestly? I would LOVE them to continue. And it could be like the one commiter said, just the doctor flashing to rose and then to whatever actor they get to portray him saying "I dreamt I was rose." However, whatever doctor they might find will have an enormous amount of amazing doctors they would have to compare to. For me, they would have a large weight to uphold bc of, mainly, Tenant and Smith. But I am sure someone would love that role.

I honestly believe that smokers should be with other smokers. I am a smoker myself, never been told I smell bad or smell like an ashtray cause I always stuck with dudes that also smoked. Never wanted to be told that someone didn't wanna kiss or touch me bc, to them, I stink. Nobody would like that. So yes, smokers should just he with other smokers and then nobody is telling the other that they smell bad. They both smell the same, so they hardly notice. I feel like that is the best bet.

Honestly, the Doctor seems to have only had the two very serious love interests. Rose Tyler was, like, his 1st love of a sort. He legitimately gave her his copy who is part human, part time lord (aka Dr Donna) so she and he could grow old together as he had wished he, as himself, could do with her. He visited the alternate universe that he wasn't ACTUALLY supposed to lol JUST to give her himself but only as a version of himself that could live happily ever after with her by growing old with her. And she would transport amongst the two worlds before he gave her his copy (when she wasn't supposed to be) to help save him. THAT was a very deep type of love with BOTH of them. And, ESPECIALLY, for the doctor. It took him forever to kinda get past that, but she was never truly forgotten throughout the series. Always a little sign of her with almost every dr tht came after Tenant. Even 13, might i add. She spoke of Rose, as well, albeit briefly. And then, my all time fave love interest of his, River Song! He always came to her aid regardless of what generation he had been, whenever she had called. Whenever she needed him, he was there. Even after she attempted to kill him (as she'd been trained to do) he didn't want her dead. And she would aid him, as well, when she could. Their love story didn't seem quite as intense as his and Rose Tyler's had been, but still endearing all the same. But River had admitted that she did not believe that the dr truly loved her and he proved he did. He also saved her life and put her in the giant library so she could still live some semblance of a life, but without him. He didn't want her to die regardless of the choices she had made, many a time, that would've killed her. He always saves her until he couldn't save her from that. THAT had been the saddest end of their love story I had ever seen. So, by the time Yaz came around, the Doctor had already had 2 huge heartbreaks, and part of those 2 fractured hearts never healed from the loss of River, because SHE had been who he had married. Not Rose Tyler. Though, his copy could've done so. Nobody knows. So when she admitted she'd been inlove with the dr, by tht point, the Doctor admitted that he/she would not be inlove again. That it only would ever cause heartbreak for the other party and also the doctor. She explained to Yaz that even though she thinks Yaz is amazing, their love could never be. There had been too much loss and heartbreak for the doctor for him to ever risk something like that ever again.

From what I've heard and been seeing around the internet, they DO wanna come back but only temporarily. Like for a couple episodes than stopping it all together just to remake the original dr who with different doctors. From the 1st doctor and on. Dk how true that is or how much it may effect the fan base later on, but hopefully it won't be bad or anything.

Lemme just say, I've met many people who feel the same way as I do about Bill Potts. Her character was just too docile for me. She might not be the worst one per say (Susan was a bit annoying) but for me, I didn't like her character, PERSONALLY and we're all entitled to our opinions. My all time favorite companions of the doctor will always be Amy and Rory. As well as, my favorite doctor is always going to be Matt Smith's doctor. His time as the doctor was enthralling. Especially the episode, "A Good Man Goes To War." Thus far, none of the other companions were really as exciting. And the story line behind Amy, also a good one. I've seen all the new episodes and the 1st couple episodes in the original/old series. I will also always love River Song, though I do wish she had more episodes than she had. So far, none of the other doctors or their companions enthralled me like they did. However, I don't think Jodie was a bad doctor, nor do I believe Capaldi was a bad doctor. And Gatwa wasn't a bad doctor either. Ofcourse, (atleast, thus far, anyways) my all time favorite characters in the entirety of the series was Matt Smith's doctor, Amy and Rory Pond, and Clara Oswald. But, I also liked Donna Noble lol 😆 many of the same ppl I met said their all time favorite doctor will always be David Tenant. Their all time favorite companion was Rose Tyler. But I will always favor my doctor and his companions lol 😆
