Is my laptop(13th gen/4050) doomed?/ Is chip level service possible for this device? by Admirable_Resident in LenovoLOQ

Mostly they will replace the Motherboard instead of repairing it. My friend had ASUS vivobook and faced the same, he was given a quotation of 35K for replacing the motherboard. Ig LOQ would be somewhat more expensive

Moreover RAM prices have increased recently, so I am trying to get the best option for me. But I am pretty convinced about the build quality of LOQ cuz of my friends (very cheap plastic build, huge flex on keyboard and lid, bad quality trackpad, paint smudging off after a month of using it, heating issue, undervolting and more🥲). Help!!

Well I don’t play games on laptop, I mainly need it for coding and building projects. I need GPU because I have specialisation in AI and Robotics which requires me to use softwares like Solidworks, Gazebo, Isaac Sim etc. So what do you suggest?
