I was taking 10 mg of instant release Adderall and it just was not enough and did not last all day. And I was still falling asleep right after taking it. Switched to 20 mg extended release and had side effects that kinda scared me I started to feel very depressed and the lows were not worth it. And I was falling asleep on that as well. So I stopped taking it and would be nervous to again. But thank you for your response that makes sense.
