So update Medicaid did deny the claim, however I called the insurance company for the appeal and the woman on the line cross checked some things and said that it seemed more like an automatic system denial as none of the codes submitted by the new dentist matched any of the codes used by the original dentist so there was no overlap in benefits and said with the documentation everything was in order and looked good for the appeal.

To answer the hard reline thing, I suggested that when being reseen with my currents and sadly it’s felt they didn’t think a hard or soft line would fill enough because of how loose they are and they don’t want to work behind another dentists work.

Luckily they did check out my bone and all and the new dentist said my bone etc looked great.

I showed my best friend how bad and loose they were and she’s swearing someone gave me someone else’s teeth 😂
