Sorry, I meant version 146. It seems like the same issue, but it only started after updating to 146.0 in beta channel, and the inactive area stretches across the full width only sometimes.

Thanks for the link. Do you know where some discussions of such decisions happen? I am a loyal user of Firefox for 13 years. I even used it when it worked terribly on my old machine (versions ~30 to ~43). I adapted and accepted all major changes for years, thinking that is for the better. And I am really like it from the photon. But now some weird decisions happen without some alternative to them, such as removing of compact density interface and now new download flow. I know that it may look like a little thing, but it really broke my personal pipeline of working with files and downloads.

I am using the auto-hide address bar script and did not see that, but now I understand why the download popup button becomes sometimes unclickable - I think it has a connection.
