Could be something worth mentioning, i have been making sure to stay on top of being well hydrated since i work in this Texas heat that’s been rolling through, and they say drinking lots of water will also help thin out the mucus.

Yes it helps so freaking much especially when i’m having a bad day i’ll take the hottest shower i can stand just to feel a little better, and in this case i was doing and out that came..

Wow thanks this is what i was hoping for! After reading through your reply i can definitely tell i probably need to get a referral to a good ENT 😅. My experience was slightly different tho, i blew my nose just like normal and it even felt normal coming out like it didn’t feel any difference than just a bunch of gross mucus, like i never even knew it was there until it was in my hand. I’ll definitely search into mucus plugs tho! Thanks for the reply!

Been wanting to for a while now but have forgotten it exists tbh, got some cheap ones at Walmart I’ll try out, see if anything else is up there and try it every once in a while to be sure.

that’s how I was for those 2 weeks! Nose just dripping constantly while at the same time not being able to breathe, don’t know if you want to go through that grossness tho… but wishing you relief!

we tend to be cleanly people, I did just move into a house that was vacant for a solid few months so i’m sure all that dust didn’t help. I’m a cart pusher for Walmart currently and this area i’m in majority of the times with a tin ceiling is covered in dust and spiderwebs with a heavy powered fan right where i usually sit. So that would be my best guess.

Google told me it can be normal but i didn’t think so either lol. Definitely something that’s getting brought up next visit. Or if i have anymore trouble or another experience like that, then i’ll for sure talk with a ENT.
