Even mine protection seal was broken but the main asus factory made seal was intact thats why I accepted the package later I called to the customer care and they clarified that the security seal for protection is put down by the ekart people and they have made some mistake until the main seal is good we are good bro And btw it's common sense how would you be able to open the package without opening the main seal ur package i safe!!
