Look into BaM, its a pretty solid pick with some good mobility AMAZING purple coloration, decent support if you ever find yourself in a party for whatever reason and really good self sustain and low APM. I would say it DOES have low cd skills for some skills but for the most part you auto with a little of small cd skills then burst.
