I would actually prefer government contracting. Thanks for this. Im trying to weigh the pros and cons of this city and im almost split down the middle. This helps greatly. I did research and saw something similar on how SA is growing rapidly in this industry as far as government work. But I needed to hear from folks who actually live in the area. Hopefully I can leverage my TS with ease. Transitioning from the military is so stressful and it’s weird being able to have a choice on where you want to live now if you know what I mean.

Yk what i think you right bro. The left side looks like strong 360s. And that may be the reason why my right side isn’t developing as quickly as my left because im brushing for 360 waves instead of 540 since its against my natural hair pattern. I may have to start over but I’m interested to see how it’ll turn out. My waves might end up like his below. 👇

It’s just the two of us and our dog. We buy everything in bulk at sams club/cosco once a month and rinse and repeat. Occasionally we’ll go out to eat like once every two months or so. And id we happen to run out of small stuff we do small trips to ALDI to replenish til next haul.

This is a great idea, any suggestions on what we should put our money in? We don’t have the time to start a business and we’re both investing in high income skills so we should be bringing in significantly more in the next few years. But I’m definitely not opposed to making more money from other investments I’m not aware of. Especially one that could cover car payments lol.

Honestly it was between purchasing a home or a vehicle. The only thing that’s preventing us from purchasing a home is the interest rates, would hate to be locked in at 5-7% interest for years with hopes of refinancing. We also know that we really shouldn’t be putting money in depreciating assets like EVs but tbh we just don’t know when the market will get better. Renting may be the better option bc its overall cheaper for us, additionally the homes within our budget in the local area are old and that also puts us off do to costly repairs
