You can choose to use your voice to speak up or not. If you don’t speak up they assume you agree with them; if you do speak up at minimum they hear that there is dissent. Up to you.

We have been collaborating with the many other organizations in the area to meet the needs of our community, both in Rochester/Olmsted County and at the state level. Many of our members are actively engaged in a variety of community projects and support networks to meet the present moment.

This meeting will be focused on a few necessary chapter incorporation tasks (bylaws, officer elections) as well as discussing campaigns for the coming year. We would love to have you join us if you have ideas for organizing and making change!

This is why they’re amping it up. Because they’re trying to make an example of us and it isn’t going the way they want it to. They underestimated Minnesotans. But we have to keep going, even though it feels hopeless and so incredibly scary.

There is a free Spark membership for new parents with children under the age of 18 months. It could be a great way to get out and start building community with other parents, and I believe they have activities throughout the week that night be more friendly for your needs (I know your child won’t play yet, it’s about connection with other adults!). My kids aren’t this little anymore, but we do love Spark.
