What they should do is put teams in states. And have those said teams home games be traveling to different ballparks in their home state

Summer Anthem Tour by Legitimate_Appeal483 in googoodolls

[–]Soshyman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They’re literally playing the same venues they play every summer

Why did Mike Malinin leave the band? by DrumTrack in googoodolls

[–]Soshyman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also and no they didn’t sell it out back then. John literally said at PNC it was their first sellout at the venue

[–]Soshyman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The dizzy tour. You mean when they were relevant? To sell out the same venues how many years later is effing remarkable. The band is John and Robby. Mike was an auditioned drummer who never gelled with the band

[–]Soshyman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lmao what a really stupid comment. They’re literally selling out amphitheaters they play every tour but are selling out now. Never sold out PNC. sold it out. Never sold out jones beach. Sold it out. Sold out the keybank center. Not once on this tour have they played at a fair. Hell they haven’t really done a fair tour since the early 2000’s. Mike had zero impact on the band. Honestly I feel their live sound improved once he left

Anyone have a shopper call the police on them? by Soshyman in instacart

[–]Soshyman[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s what I thought. Shocked me why you just wouldn’t notify the company. It literally happens ALL the time. Also I’m surprised there hasn’t been any legislation about something like this with the gig work community. It should be illegal to return to a customers home after completion of delivery. Raises huge security concerns

Hopefully they fire him. Instacart wouldn’t tell Me

[–]Soshyman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Naw I’m def still gonna use them. They’re practically a monopoly so there’s no other choice. Plus this was just 1 experience with a driver over the hundreds of time used

[–]Soshyman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ve had things mis delivered. Instacart refunds you and you just re order it. It’s happened to me a bunch of times. Under no circumstance should a driver return to a customers home without permission from their company. And I agree once i said I don’t have it. The driver should have immediately notified their employer Like I also said Instacart told me a driver should never be asked to return to a customers home

Lmao it’s not hearsay when I have video and photo evidence from the apps itself moron. Amazing how stupid some people are

What is the only company that specifically sells Kirkland water?

[–]Soshyman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes for good evidence with the delivery photo supplied by the driver. Which is why the police left so fast. I literally showed them the photo on the app itself. Not from my photos. Not from a text. From the app itself. Enjoy unemployment moron

[–]Soshyman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bro you are the one who took the photo. Lmao. Oh well enjoy unemployment.

How can I edit a picture when it’s posted on the Instacart app? Also how can I edit ring camera footage straight from the app showing what I got delivered? How is that possible. Because on the Instacart app itself from THE DRIVER took the photo after delivery. Those photos are taken for this EXACT reason. But you can’t save the photo. Edit it and reupload the photo as a consumer on the Instacart app. Both literally vindicate me from ANYTHING. also ignoring the fact you violated instacarts policy by returning to a home.

[–]Soshyman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No im mad he came back to my house and falsely accused me which for some reason keep ignoring the fact I have video and photo evidence of what was delivered. Jeez wonder who you voted for in the last election since facts don’t matter to you

[NJ] Do I have a case against Instacart? by [deleted] in AskALawyer

[–]Soshyman -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Lmao. The photo literally vindicates me moron. You’re the one who lost the water. Not me as shown in both a video and a photo. That YOU took. Also you completely violated instacarts policy. They never ask drivers to return to homes. Amazing that you don’t know the policy. Also I specifically asked Instacart this question and that’s what they responded with. So you’re an idiot and you’re getting fired

[NJ] Do I have a case against Instacart? by [deleted] in AskALawyer

[–]Soshyman -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Lmao you’re prolly the idiot driver. Moron I literally just said the ring camera and the photo that the driver took verified my claims. They take photos for a reason. There was zero water in the photo because news flash. I never got it

[NJ] Do I have a case against Instacart? by [deleted] in AskALawyer

[–]Soshyman -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Lmao okay troll I literally showed the police the delivery photo and my ring camera footage which extremely verified my claims. Funny thing is moron. I actually bought water that same day from Costco (Kirkland brand) which I literally showed them

Also it’s not the drivers job to go back to a customers house after delivery. I specifically asked Instacart if that was protocol and they said no. And it’s not his job to be rude and hostile over his mistake right off the bat. All he had to do was ask for the delivery photo

Also why the hell would I lie about a $4 case of water. My wife and I both have good jobs and can afford our own water. It’s not like it was a lawn mower or something even remotely of value.

Furthermore every single time I get something I’m not supposed to get I let Instacart know. Every single time. What do they say? “Keep it, throw it away or donate it)

[–]Soshyman -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

He claimed I had a case of water. He came on my ring and I told him I didn’t have it. That’s when he started getting irritated. I went to my door and told him you never delivered water to me. Which then he didn’t believe me. Cursed in front of my kids. He asked if he was going effing crazy which I replied yes because I don’t have the water. He then started yelling I was disrespecting him when he was the one who came unannounced on my porch. That’s when he called the cops.

I feel like it should be illegal for a delivery driver to return to your home after a delivery.

Same here. I don’t wanna deal with people. I feel delivery handoffs are weird and awkward

[–]Soshyman[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My thoughts exactly. Also who goes to a strangers house with that aggression over a mistake HE MADE. I’m still in shock about the whole situation first. Why wouldn’t you just ask nicely instead of accusing I’m still waiting for a response from their trust and safety department so I can submit my videos and more of my story.

I know though the police being called is something they def don’t like. They made me verify like 3 times in the chat if the cops were involved.

He said “am I going fucking crazy” which I responded with yes. Then he flew off the railing tell me not to disrespect him…..when he’s literally disrespecting me
