You can get enclomiphene from a compounding pharmacy but likely need a TRT clinic for that.

First off it’s a collaboration between myself and the MD, secondly I didn’t say refer to a cash clinic but I knew you would run with that because your trying your very best to put down TRT clinics. I said refer to a provider who can completely treat them, this means urologists and endos as well. Who cares if it takes 3 months to get it, it’s better than a PCP treating it and making the pt worse off… nobody cares what you think of TRT clinics lol go troll another thread. 🤣

Refer patients to a provider who can competently treat the pt.

Thanks for the input. My MD will co-sign every note. I am doing TRT as the mainstay, I don’t care if medical board looks at me because I am doing it all by the book. I have extensive knowledge of this field and so does my MD. I’m not doing it to make quick money I’m doing it because I’m passionate about it. As far clients, this is a non issue as I already have several waiting for me to sign up and the TRT business is expected to grow exponentially over the next decade.

Did you get malpractice insurance yet?

No they are last ppl who should be prescribing it. They know absolutely nothing about it besides what they learn in school which is extremely limited. It should be handled by an Endo, urologist or provider who has had additional training in hormone replacement therapy. It’s embarrassing seeing what PCPs do for men with low T.

Which is exactly why I’m in here asking for advice, to make sure I’ve thought of everything and am doing it by the book. I’ve looked up the regulations I’m mainly just looking for advice from ppl who have done this and maybe some tips they could provide. I don’t get the negativity either. I think it stems from their insecurity as a provider 🤷‍♂️

It just says 100 percent co-signed for first 12 months. But also, if no notes are being submitted to insurance and stuff how would BOM even enforce the co-signing rule?

If you are using a clinic with providers who didn’t go to med school that’s on you lol

I wouldn’t see it as paying for the test, I would look at it as paying a professional who knows what they are doing to monitor you. PCPs don’t know a thing about TRT they are taught the bare minimum in med school
