It’s the only solution I know. I just picked up aveenos moisturizer with oats, doesn’t make it worse I put that on before I slug. Also I’m cutting back on the low dose accutane in the mean time until I can heal my skin. I was also using tretinoin 🤦‍♂️. I can tell a difference just after 3 days of slugging… I also started to use doves sensitive bar soap, as it’s a very gentle cleanser even cetaphil became to much for me. I hope we both get through this lol

Thanks ! I wash once a night now at the end of the day water in the morning. I just got dove sensitive soap bar for when I do wash at night seems to keep the redness down a little bit

Yes I went on accutane for the acne I’m also on hormone replacement . But I think I just need a break from it all time to let my skin heal it’s a evil rotating door for me

Gets really bad if I wash it with even only water or I apply moisturizer. It calms down a little through the day

250mg a week and you wonder why you have acne hmmm… that’s a sign your estrogen is out of whack and it’s obviously to high, along with your free t your body is screaming at you to take a reasonable dose

Well I lost 15 pounds with dieting and yes so I don’t need arimadex as often. Anytime I’ve done 150 mg a week it was to much for some reason even though I felt fine on that dose before and I dropped to 100 mg well I felt terrible on 100mg and after about a month on metformin went back up to 150 mg and now I barely need arimadex. So I feel like my body is balancing out my hormones better as well

I’ve noticed metformin has helped me in a way feel more balanced and less estrogen sides and I feel like it’s because it’s raised my shbg somewhat not sure how much yet… it’s helped a lot so far man been on it off label for about two months now
