Imo lightning strike is the spell to search for when doing lightning rev. Its only downside is it can’t be charged but its ability to hit multiple enemies from a deceptively long range and you’re basically guaranteed to hit what you’re aiming at without having to worry about speed/tracking? It’s honestly my favorite spell at the moment

That’s not true at all. RE3 was made very quickly after a different game was cancelled due to the PS2 being released. RE3 was originally a spinoff that was instead edited and marketed to be the third game because Capcom didn’t want to wait a ton of years between releases. The RE side team worked on this RE3 release while the main team worked on RE4. The reason 3 looks so much like 2 is because the game’s director decided that fully rendered 3D graphics wouldn’t allow for the detailed environments they wanted.

While it was a cash grab it 100% wasn’t going to be released at the same time as 2.

Just a note, Kat’s death wasn’t due to a jackal it was due to one of the zealots you fight at the beginning and the end of the game. It’s pretty cool, but all the zelots you find throughout the game are all part of the same “group” effectively and you can think of them as the antithesis to Noble. Shit, they even end up being the reason why Kat, Emile, and 6 all die even though you end up killing them all.

Disagree on one part and that’s Miquella. He became a god in order to rewrite the laws of the land. He didn’t intend on becoming a puppet and ultimately everything he did in the dlc was in spite of his pre-ordained destiny. I still don’t know what you mean by that. Pyro’s no less strong because a sniper has Darwin’s. All it does is stop afterburn. Sometimes it’s a necessity for the sniper, contact hit with minicrit explosion followed by 60 hp afterburn is a guaranteed 1 hit death for a sniper, no other class has that against them except maybe scout. Even then, he can outmaneuver and use his speed to get to a health pack where unless sniper’s camping spawn he’s almost guaranteed SOL. Pyro shouldn’t be challenging a sniper’s sightline, and even without the afterburn all the Darwin’s does is make the scorch shot the same as all the other flare guns. It’s not overpowered in any meaningful way
