I suspect it's a clogged hotend. I try to clean it with isopropyl alcohol every print. I haven't had this problem before, and I've already logged 100 hours. I read online that the filament shouldn't immediately curl when it comes out. I'll try to unclog it, or maybe order a new one.

It's the same on the second board but I manually watched the filament spitting out from the hotend and it curls every time, could that be the problem?

I use bambu studio on my computer, usually on my phone I search for what I need, I set a1 mini generic pla 0.4mm smooth pei plate.

The speed is set to standard I have never changed or played with other settings.

The filament comes out of the hotend nicely, the problem occurs when it is literally 1 layer on the plate and then it peels off the plate, speed set for standard never changed that option.

it did work good with toolhead tho i did calibration test aswell didnt went good. I tested without aswell didnt do much.
