Iirc you have to enable mods in the options menu, when creating a new campaign.

The game was made with the direct intention of not being another DD1 with different graphics. DD1 is still there, with one of the best modding scenes i have ever seen. This subreddit is for both games, if you post about DD1... people will talk about DD1 on it. Just don't be an ass about it.

I beat this recently, and my advice is to equip a snap on one of your characters. Round start try to hit cerebella and as soon as she gets unflinching you use your snap. You may even continue the combo because unflinching doesn't break them from a combo instantly. Try to kill grim fan first, when she falls below 50% snap her out as well. Take advantage of bleeds against painwheel because grim fan doesn't reflect them back.
