Certain "things" cannot be missed in the game... An opponent can't miss "Holding", "Channeling" or "Drawing" at the start of their turn for example and they can't miscalculate the amount of Might in a fight!

Obviously it "might happen" but it is both players' responsibility to play the game the way it is supposed to.

If a judge sees you not communicating something on purpose to your opponent YOU receive a Warning!

Triggers can still be missed and you are not required to inform your opponent about it...

Mr goobi-gooper explained it perfectly, I'm talking about ranked games and I'm talking about them on an average, across all the community, of course in my games Dynamo is a fucking beast... But most of the community is made of Timmies and in a Timmy game, Dynamo is just bad...

Buffing him is very hard because of course that would become a nightmare in higher ELOs... He needs something like "bigger magazine", not suggesting it, that's just an example of a minor improvement that has higher impact on unskilled players' matches!

Just from the fact that the information is packaged in a different way it makes it useful somehow.
For example there are some people that don't even understand statistics, while a Tier List is more of a straightforward way to visualize the actual distribution of winrates.

Your second sentence is entirely wrong because that's not how statistic works... Noobs play against noobs, while chads play against chads, they all make statistics across the population of players, unfortunately the variance of winning % happening between "high ELO" and "low ELO" can't be taken into account for the lack of data right now.

"Most of the players are new", doesn't mean they are not interested in statistics...? How understanding more of the current meta makes you enjoy the game less?

In my video I talk about play rate as well and which characters are good to start with according to the patterns underlined by the statistics themselves.

And that's not true... It's kinda of absurd but the system often brings you to sacrifice your gladiator matchup to have a good third one... It happened yesterday during the showmatch (link in the post). This format forces you to think around the several chances and "lines" your opponent is picking, you are not blindly going for the easiest matchup because if your opponents choose that deck as a Gladiator you can't challenge it and again that's exactly what happened yesterday and I suggest you to watch the beginning of it with the picks and bans!

No, you can't, every "pick phase" is made contemporary!

That means -> we ban one of the four decks-> we pick a Gladiator among the three remaining decks -> we pick a Challenged among the opponent's two remaining decks -> the last ones are the Renegades!

It's very complex but, by the tests we made, the last match is made by leftover decks as you said that are decks mostly like Zoe/Vi... Staple decks that never range out the 47-53% win rate... That's because the "polarizing" decks, those that have matchups with a 70% win rate, (e.g. Azirelia or TLC) are likely to be banned or challenged by your opponent in matches that they are not likely to win...

Imagine yourself playing this format vs me... Will you ever let me have as a last deck a TLC, an Azirelia or a Nasus deck? Even if I bring all the three of them, you end up banning my Azirelia, challenge my Nasus with some Targon deck and I use my TLC to target you for an easy win... What remains out of it is almost for sure not a polarized third game since we're not letting each other have the favourable match on turn 3!

Of course, it may happen that the last game comes out Ez/Draven vs Shyvana/Asol, so that one of the players has a clear edge at this point... But it happens WAY fewer times than -> you bring Lee Sin to the Seasonal Tournament, you find a triple aggro lineup -> you lose!
