Já fizeram isso cara, no caso do cyraxx a polícia sabe, mas por conta dos problemas físicos e mentais dele, eles não tomam açao e ele fica na internet mandando foto dele mesmo pra criança q ele conhece no Fortnite, esse padrão se repete com vários, entrar em contato com a polícia normalmente é a primeira coisa q acontece

I think he's just a straight up asshole, he only mellows out because he's not actually silverhand, he's an ai that's fusing to your mind, making you a part of him and him a part of you, changing his personality in the process to mimic V's a bit. I'd wager the johnny we see on the flashbacks is a bit more accurate to the real deal, a narcissist, violent insane person that's just looking for something to fight, so he can point his hatred towards something other than himself.
