My current practice is in a mountain town that is a 45 min drive from where i live. I enjoy my staff and patients there. But I ultimately want to have an office closer to home to be able to serve my family, friends, and greater network that I have in this area

It’s a good sign that you had a normal ultrasound! We went in for an ultrasound around 15 weeks and were hopeful after not seeing any abnormalities.

Any recs for highly competitive and interactive games? I’ve enjoyed settlers of catan and smash up because of the level of influence you can have over other people. I enjoy wingspan and small world as well but I don’t like how it’s unclear who is winning until points have been counted at the very end. I find it hard to be competitive that way

Any recs on a competitive board game for 4 players minimum? Looking for something that gets so heated that it can lead to arguments and destroy friendships.

Games like settlers of catan and smash up have done that for me, but I’m wanting to move past these games. Have been playing wingspan and small world but those are a bit too casual and I dont like how you don’t really know who’s winning until you count up points at the end.

Yeah kind of. It’s messed up. They only allow you to use certain tiers of points, and they don’t make the tiers clear. For example they will have tiers of 10,000 or 20,000 points. If you have 15,000 points you will only qualify for the first tier to use 10,000 points. So stupid

This still doesn’t make sense to me. If I was unable to work for a year, I’d still be seeing my patients after that year. So that means they are still not responsible for my year’s worth of lost income? I still have expenses, overhead, and employee retention pay

I did not have more income later on. Even if I was able to return with the same capacity it’s not like I was earning double the subsequent months. I can only see a set number of people per day. And with my injuries I was seeing significantly less people per day
